Annual Subscription Policy
All programs renew automatically each year and services will continue season after season until the customer requests cancellation. Subscription changes or cancellations must be requested through our office.
Customers may either prepay in the fall at current-season prices (recommended) or be billed automatically in the February.
Cancellation: Orders canceled before the first visit are subject to a $50 administration fee. This applies in all cases, without exception. Once the first visit has been completed, cancellations are not permitted.
Refund and Returns Policy
Weather delays (wind, rain, temperatures above +25 °C) do not warrant a refund.
Dry lawns, neglected lawns, and grass shorter than 2.5 inches will void the guarantee.
All treatments must be completed within the current season — unused visits do not roll over to the following year, without exception.
