Annual Subscription Policy

All programs renew automatically each year and services will continue season after season until the customer requests cancellation.

Customers may either prepay in the fall at current-season prices (recommended) or be billed automatically in the spring before the first visit.

Cancellation: Orders canceled before the first visit are subject to a $50 administration fee. This applies in all cases, without exception. Once the first visit has been completed, cancellations are not permitted.
Refund and Returns Policy

Weather delays (wind, rain, temperatures above +25 °C) do not warrant a refund.

Dry lawns, neglected lawns, and grass shorter than 2.5 inches will void the guarantee.

All treatments must be completed within the current season — unused visits do not roll over to the following year, without exception.
